About Me

Hello there!  I'm Paige. 

I'm a Texas girl that just moved back to the Lone Star State after 2 years in LA and 5 years in Boston.

I'm lucky enough to be married to a blue-eyed Texas man, and we're proud parents of a little baby boy named Aaron.

I'm an aerospace engineer, a University of Texas graduate, and a former member of the Longhorn Band. 

I love food and cooking. I'm also a big fan of eating and trying local restaurants. Baking and I are still getting to know each other -- if you really want someone to bake you something, talk to the aforementioned blue-eyed husband.

I enjoy traveling (especially in France, where I was lucky enough to live for 6 months during a Study Abroad program in Toulouse), and our travel plans tend to revolve around fitting in as much local food and drink as we can manage.  

I love champagne, wine, craft beer, coffee, hot tea, margaritas, and gin cocktails. 

I like crafty projects that involve hot glue guns, embroidery, cross-stitch, crochet, knitting, or quilting.  I want to learn to sew. 

I'm a book worm. Jane Eyre is my favorite, closely followed by Little Women. Jane Austen also has a very special place in my heart.
